Riverside Music Project was one of the first groups in the UK to receive a Heritage Lottery Fund (HLF) All Our Stories grant. This exciting project in Stirling, called “All our Tunes” was given £4,300 to research local traditional music and create new repertoire inspired by the Stirling area. We undertook fieldwork interviewing and recording local musicians, visited local an national archives, and created our own tunes. Much of the repertoire gathered has been published in The Riverside Collection vol.2, available from Riverside Music Project.
